Writers wanted

I’ve started to work in the editorial department of IMA, a new photography magazine here that I wrote about earlier 1. There isn’t a lot of room for writers to pitch stories, but if you are interested in writing about photography, or know someone who might be, send me an email. The magazine is only in Japanese, but your work would be translated.

By the way, we’re particularly interested in writers from outside the photography world.

I would be interesting in writing for this. Drop me a line and we can brain storm on ideas… Thanks Dave.

Hello,

The opportunity to write for a Japanese magazine about photography sounds exciting. I majored in art history in college, and my thesis was a comparison of four famous Japanese contemporary photographers.

I’ve had experience with freelance writing for blogs, and could easily adapt my style to your magazine. I’m not a professional photographer, but I take pride in my photos and have won a few small-time contests.

If you’re interested in my perspective, please contact me with further details on what you’re looking for. Thank you.

Hello!

I know I’m responding to this email very late but couldn’t pass up the opportunity. I’m currently a freelance contributing editor at Nothing But Hope and Passion and would love the chance to write for a Japanese magazine.

This past year I studied abroad in Sapporo and traveled up and down the main cities of Japan, all the while entranced by the lush cityscapes.

If this unique opening has not already been snatched up, I would love to hear the finer details. Thank you!

Kayleigh
